Job description

Reporting to the Sales Director for France, you will prospect and manage a portfolio of end users, specifiers, electricians, and distributors. As a trusted advisor and key support for clients in the region, you will establish a quality partnership with them, providing personalized guidance and offering a level of service and solutions tailored to their expectations. You will implement the action plans defined at the national level and ensure the brand's representation in the sector.
In collaboration with the Sales Director for France, you will also work on promoting our offering in the area, identifying new opportunities, creating projects in our CRM, processing offers, and following up and pursuing business leads.
You are based in your region, ideally in the Rhône area and close to major highways within the geographic zone you cover.
A hands-on individual, you rely on your charisma and technical credibility to build trusting relationships with your contacts and assist them in defining their needs.

Profile description

With a commercial or technical background, ideally at least a two-year degree (bac+2), you have a minimum of 2 years of experience in promoting technical solutions related to our market segments.
This experience should have been gained in the lighting or electrical equipment sector.
Attractive annual fixed salary with commission based on sales revenue, as well as various bonuses.
Company car, computer, and phone provided. Expense reimbursement and health insurance included.
You are autonomous and mobile, with your rigor and organizational skills allowing you to set field action priorities. Your personal commitment and adaptability are key assets for succeeding in this role.
